What is Grade 100 Chain?

Chain grades are a recognizable number that relates to the tensile strength of the chain.  This is an industry standard that manufacturers and professionals use to accurately determine the relative strength and capacity of a chain.
In lifting chain assemblies (chain slings) all components (chain and rigging hardware) must be made of the same grade for the sling to be properly rated.

These high visibility chains are also ideal as tie down chains for load securement. Not only do you get the strength you need to safely tie down your loads, the bright color chain lets DOT or State patrol know with a quick glance you have the correct amount of chains needed for your haul.
